Professional Therapy Associates, LLC is a growing therapy company offering multi-disciplinary approaches within our facilities! While we are growing, we still maintain our small, family-owned and operated feel.
Professional Therapy Associates, PTA, offers Speech, OT, PT, Feeding, and ABA services throughout all of our clinics by encouraging our clients to have fun while meeting their individual goals! We work collaboratively with parents to coordinate their child's care and ensure access to the therapies they need.

Job Summary:
The BCBA reports directly to the Clinic Manager and is responsible for the evaluation/re-evaluation, treatment planning/supervision, plan of care, and discharge of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other comorbidities.
Job Description:
This position may be filled by either a Full Time Hourly Employee or a Part-Time, Per Diem Staff Member.
Essential Functions:
Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:
Provides research-based specialized programs for client’s based upon their individual needs.
Employs various teaching techniques, methods and principles of learning to ABA therapists to enable their clients to meet their goals.
Work cooperatively with the client’s team and others in developing instructional goals and strategies.
Creates a positive learning experience with emphasis in individualized instruction using appropriate sources of reinforcement
Serves as primary contact for the parent/caregiver and any outside entity such as insurance companies, doctors offices and schools. .
Provides parent training to address individualized concerns.
Completes Peer to Peer Meetings, if required, by Health Insurance Agencies.
Works collaboratively with the billing department to ensure billing is accurate and complete for evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment.
Co-signs and submits notes and billing on EMR.
Establishes and maintains client control and discipline in the center, home, and in the community
Employs and implements consistency to encourage client growth and development.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift, move and/or support up to 50 pounds.
